New Years Prayer

Dear Gracepoint: A New Years' Prayer for you as we head in to 2008:
May you realize the richness that is in Christ and lean unencumbered in to His immeasurable Grace. May you open your hearts fully.; letting our Savior transform you in to a new person by changing the way you think. May you rejoice in confident hope as you share our Risen Christ with a lost world. Additional Prayer Needs

Partners: Brent recently shared with us the news that our dearly loved Sue Hillis is now in the arms of our Lord and Savior. He also shared an update (praise!) regarding Claire and Lily McCoy. If I can add one more immediate request for prayer it is for Ian Gallagher who is having tubes put in his ears tomorrow morning. The hardest part may be that he cannot eat from midnight until 7am (not good for babies!). Please pray for an easy and flawless experience. Thanks for praying!!

Urgent Prayer for the McCoy's

Dear Partners, Claire McCoy has pneumonia and was just admitted to Children's Medical Center. An IV will be required and that is difficult on Claire. Also, Lily McCoy is currently being treated for pnuemonia and if she isn't better by tomorrow then she too will need to be admitted to the hospital. Please pray for Claire and Lily, that they would get well quickly and that their medical care is stellar.

Prayer Requests

Patricia Owen: The doctor decided yesterday to do another surgery on Friday. Please pray for his hands to be sure, his decisions to be correct and for God's healing. She will be at Zale-Lipshy again and the surgery is scheduled for 7am.
Sue Hillis: At Parkland Hospital, room 851. I called up there today and the nurse answered and said she has been transferred to another facility, so I'm trying to find out where. Please keep her and her family in your prayers.
