Claire McCoy in the ER
Dear Partners, Kari and Claire's nurse, Joni, have taken Claire to the ER at Children's hospital. Claire is in pain and Kari is going to try to get her an X-Ray. They suspect the pain is coming from her hip area. Last week the doctors determined Claire was reacting to the seizure medicine. Claire is still having seizures and is very uncomfortable. Thjanks for praying.

Dear Partners, this is from Aaron & Kari this morning: We'll we FINALLY know what's bothering little Claire- she has a fractured hip (insufficient fracture is the medical term). The fluid that showed up on the CT Scan was probably a little blood. They are going to wrap her in a bandage and try to mobilize her hip for a couple weeks. There is a chance the fracture could get worse which would result in surgery, so we'll have to be very careful when picking her up or changing her diaper. She slept well last night on the pain meds and will probably come home today. Please pray for comfort and quick healing.
